1. Our Commitment

Manabu Quest International Limited is committed to ensuring that our Platform at www.manabuquest.com is accessible to all users, including persons with disabilities. 3. Current Accessibility Features

The following accessibility features are implemented or targeted on the Platform:

  • Keyboard navigability for all core functions including product browsing, cart management, and checkout;
  • Alt text descriptions for all product images;
  • Adequate colour contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards;
  • Resizable text without loss of content or functionality;
  • Descriptive link text and button labels;
  • Compatibility with common screen readers including NVDA and JAWS;
  • Clear and consistent navigation structure across all pages.


4. Known Limitations

We acknowledge that some areas of our Platform may not yet fully meet accessibility standards. We are actively working to address these limitations. Known areas under improvement include:

  • Some older product images may lack alt text descriptions — we are auditing and updating these;
  • Some third-party payment interface elements may have limited accessibility depending on the provider.

We are committed to resolving these limitations progressively and welcome feedback from users experiencing difficulties.

Our Platform is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Browser zoom up to 200% without horizontal scrolling;
  • High contrast display modes;
